Absolutely perfect moving experience with Move and Go! From my initial experience with just reaching out to them for a quote. They were persistent and kind. Marquell really helped me out via phone as I had a multi stop move situation and it was a little more intricate than I’m used to. He was amazing. He got everything set up exactly how I needed it. Moving day was a complete breeze!!! The 3 young men that did my move were so nice and polite. They literally told me to sit back and relax! It was such a wonderful experience! Very efficient and hard working. They showed up early and made sure they had everything organized and ready to go. I wrapped our couches and mattresses but everything else they made sure was wrapped and secured to ensure nothing was damaged. Definitely will use in the future if needed and will recommend to family and friends.

This is my second time using this company and they are, hands down, my preferred moving company. Last time I used them to move out of an apartmentand into storage. This time they moved my storage items into my new home. Since the house is till being painted we had them put everything in the garage and I was so impressed! They arranged the boxes in a way that everything could be seen without needing to move a box in front or behind it honestly looks like a store with aisles. Very, very professional, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I needed help moving a heavy sofa couch and a queen mattress and box spring. We called Move and Go and they were very responsive, upfront with all of the fees, and were not pushy about me using their business. Once we decided to use them, it was a very easy process. I finished with the confirmation and they sent me reminders, called and confirmed everything with me the day before including making sure I was aware of all charges. The day of the move the foreman, for the move, called and let me know when they were about 15 minutes out. Both of the men who came to help were professionals and knew exactly what they were doing. I was impressed with their speed but with also how well they wrapped and took care of taking a heavy sofa couch three flights of stairs. They had all of the equipment they needed and once they were done loading, headed to the next location. They unloaded everything carefully and the payment was fairly an easy, all done on the foreman’s phone. I received an email almost immediately with the receipt. I am planning on using them again for moving a piano because they exceeded my expectations and if we ever move again, I hope they are available. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy with Move and Go for our recent move. Moving has to be one of the most difficult and stressful tasks and these guys were reliable, fast, courteous and professional. The team we had with Prescott, Antonio, and Bryan were exceptionally strong. From the time of scheduling and the actual move, I got excellent communication so that I knew my quote, arrival time and final bill. Highly recommend!
